Lost shards for mara jade skywalker
As soon as the new character became available I bought the 5x crystal pack for 5999 crystals. Then the character appeared OUTSIDE of the new era system (which it shouldn't, new characters are in the era system for roughly 90 days), which I managed to get a screenshot of. Then the app crashed, and forced me to restart. When I restarted the game, the characters event didn't give me the 30 shards it should, which prevents me from playing through the event, and now I'm stuck with a 2 star character. It's even more problematic because I'm losing out on the daily 5 charcter shards which would help me to get the character to 5 star by the end of her weekly event.
