I have purchased both the Episode pass and pass + as well as claimed all the free packs and calendars in both the webstore and the game. I have a level 17 Mara, but all my loaned units are only level 8. I’m missing 5 from the calendar bug and 4 from the free pack. Is there any way I can have this corrected?

This is the same for me, even though I didn't get the era pass. My character is level 6, but my loaned characters are level 0; I didn't buy the pass, but it still applies for me.
