Hi, I've had this a few times. For me it has been not committing to a purchase and switching between clients for PC, mobile and the webstore. I've managed to work out the solution for me, so hoping this might help others to reset it's state:
- Close all instances of the app on any mobile/ tablet
- Close any instances of the SWGOH webstore you might have open on mobile, tablet and PC
- Close and re-open the PC client (this seems to be the main offender providing an indeterminate state)
- The bundle should now re-appear in the PC client store.
- Click on the bundle
- Click purchase (this is the big green button with the monetary value)
- Click the close icon (DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE PURCHASE)
- Wait for the "Purchase not finished dialogue menu"
- Click "Yes" when asked to cancel
- You have now reset the shop's purchase state for the item.
To continue with the purchase you can now go back to any of the store fronts. The end lesson is dont start the transaction and then cancel it as the CG servers don't seem to automatically timeout and clear the purchase status!
Unfortunately, I don't have a Windows machine, so the PC client is a non-starter for me.
I would think that fully uninstalling and reinstalling the clients on my two devices (Android phone and iPad), while also having no tabs open to the webstore would have had a similar effect, but that doesn't seem to be the case
