LSB Bug

I bought the Sith eternal Emperor LSB 1 and it did not add the characters to my roster nor was it in my ingame mail. I purchased the 2nd Sith Eternal LSB and it worked fine. My ally code is 437-185-163. If screenshots or any other proof is needed, please let me know.
