LSB charged twice, “purchase pending,” and the second charge added it to my alt?

So I have two accounts. A F2P and a paid. I decided to get the CalKestis for my paid so I went to the web store, logged OUT of my F2P on the web store and logged into my paid (the name was correct, the email I got the code from is the paid account). After purchasing, it didn’t show up in my paid account, but it did show up in my ALT. How???? This is a huge issue because it ruins my F2P experience as well. Additionally, when I go to try and “buy” it again to check on my paid account in game or in the webstore, I get told the purchase is pending and I see the charge on PayPal. I went to sleep last night hoping it would be resolved this morning and it still isn’t. Has this ever happened to anyone with an alt? I’m obviously going to be sending this as a support ticket as well I just wanted to see if this is a known issue or not
