ERROR 9.0, account deleted or idk

This morning I tried to log into the game and saw this error. I couldn't log in anywhere, neither on PC,  iOS, Android. On PC, it even tells me that there is no profile for this game on my EA account. I asked my friend to check if my account exists, and yes, it is still there, but now it has a different in-game name... What should I do? Literally yesterday I bought two packs - lightspeed for Rey and for Raddus, and I have the purchase receipts. I first downloaded the game in 2018. It's very, VERY unfortunate about the money spent and, most importantly, TIME. Has anyone encountered this, and what should I do?
