LSB Chewbaca

Hello,

I purchased the LSB for Chewbacca on the 5th of November. While opening the pack I got an error message and I never got the shards or the characters to relic 5. I have now been on with "EA Help" ingame and 3 times been told that I have the characters at 7* (see screenshot, I do not), asked to re-install (I did 2x) and that I must be wrong because everything is "on the server". I would like to ask for help to get what I purchased.
