latest reply from in game..... I'm really not sure how the game allowed a second transaction to go through. I shouldn't have even been able to purchase a second bundle, once you buy them, they disappear from the store. and they just decide what you get as a compensation for the mistake. This is very unsatisfactory. It would go a long way if EA at least took the junk they gave me back and let me choose from the store how I would like to be compensated.
I checked my apple purchases and the bundle I bought isn't showing up, so I can't even ask for a refund through iTunes...
At the very least EA could tell me which of the two orders was the one that got jacked up, so if by some miracle I am able to get a refund in the future I won't lose the characters I purchased and just the crystals will be taken away.
Probably the most frustrating part is the bundle doesn't give you enough to unlock the character..... I am definitely regretting this purchase and don't foresee making any more in the future!
