LSB more expensive in Europe even after exchange?

So I just noticed the new bundles are more expensive for me as a European than for my American guild members. 
take the luke bundle for example, they’re saying they pay $30. I have to pay €34,19 which would be $35,85. And that’s in the webstore so there’s no App Store charge or something like that. I never noticed this with previous bundles. What happened CG?
