In-game store always glitches when buying multiple packs back to back.

In-game store almost always glitches when I buy multiple packs back to back. Kind of ridiculous, when it glitches it crashes the game and then I have to get either support on my rewards. This is ridiculous. It has happened one too many times and going to customer service is getting very annoying. Fix your stuff EA!!! Money shows out of my account and still the ability ascension shows up in shop. I'm not paying the  19.99 again this time. And I doubt it's going to give me the other free rewards I'd have to collect after buying it. Ally code is 185-854-559
