EA_Gunner​ the best way to get a refund is going through Apple or Google play. This is why you should never go to the webstore to make purchases . EA will never give a refund. EA also has the worlds worst customer service as evidenced by the many who have been locked out of the game with no solution and minimal communication from CG in weeks.

Folks, there’s always been a rumor going around for years that you will have your account banned if you get refunded. This is just false and something EA would want you to believe. Companies are not allowed to steal from people. If you have made purchases in game you are not EA’s customer! You are Google Play or Apples customer. Money is the only language EA speaks. If you are still locked out go get your refunds. They are super easy to get as long as you don’t go through EA.
