LSB Tusken purchased but not added to account

So I bought the Tusken LSB last friday but didn't receive it. They did add crystals to my account, but that's not what I ordered, it's not in the payment confirmation that I received, nor is it stated in the terms of service that you get crystals instead of what you paid for. 

Please could you give me the characters.
