LST Journey Quest Follow Up Quests Missing

did not receive follow up journey quests I'm missing the 2nd sister and ig-11.

I also have the Same issue with this Quest and with another lst Quest. Die you find anything Out till now? You are the only Person I saw having this Problem Like me sadly and I Just dont find anything regarding this Problem...
