Luke's Allies LSB Missing

I recently purchased the JML LSB on pc client and the payment processed and was taken out of my account but then the game proceeded to give me an infinite loading screen and then crashed. Upon re loading the game my inbox showed and said claim your LSB but then proceeded to give me crystals instead of the LSB.
