Terrible EA Customer Service. 2 months of Waiting
I had a visual bug occur in my game on June 14th 2025. In the process of trying to get it off my screen I accidentally purchased the Jawa Bundle at a price of 3200 crystals. I made a ticket using the in game help function on the same day. I was given radio silence for nearly a week before my ticket was even looked at. I was offered a sh*tty refund of 50% of what I spent which is agreed to within 8 hours of the refund being offered. I did not want the items in the bundle. I was then left on radio silence AGAIN for a MONTH. I was then told that the person who took over my ticket(3rd agent by the way) was unable to locate the purchase I had made, presumably because they wasted my time for a month and a half at this point. I then informed them of this and stated that the purchase which I wished for a refund for happened on June 14th at around 3pm CST. I then received a response saying that they couldn’t find the purchase I made because they AGAIN looked at July. I then told them for a 3rd time that the purchase happened in June. The last message I received from support was at least a week and a half ago and I’m being left on radio silence for a 4TH TIME. This is the most unprofessional and unhelpful customer support I have ever had the displeasure of using. I would like a refund either the 50% which is accepted or a full return of the crystals which I spent as a result of the bug in your game.
