Major issue for guild leaders & officers

This issue has been reported over a number of days and seems to be widely experienced.

Chat function, TW/TB instructions and some buttons have disappeared from the game. There are reports of it affecting all ranks but seems to be most prevalent for guild leaders. It's happening on both Android and IOS.

This is making it impossible to fulfill our roles of managing our guilds.

For me personally I'm a guild leader and this issue has been here since Saturday morning. I'm on Android.

Multiple people are reporting this issue in game through help or on EA forums and we have heard nothing. It is not possible that EA doesn't now know about this apparently widespread issue.

These things happen, but EA, please... do us the courtesy of acknowledging the issue and giving us some sort of update.
