Thank you for that reply. Do you know if anyone from EA actually reads these boards? I am also unable to fill out a bug report in the game because it keeps asking me to fill in more information in a box that does not exist. At the bottom of the bug report it says, "Provide additional information in the "Compose" field to submit your Bug Report."
There is no "Compose" field. I have filled out all of the boxes and there is no submit button. Just an Email us button that is grayed out.
After almost two years in this game, I may have reached my limit with EA. The quality has eroded greatly in the last 6 months.

@Stanleyrite Not sure what to tell you about your Bug report. Players submit them every day - although if you submit it as a "Bug report" you won't get a response. those are merely filed.
There are two excellent Quality Support members who monitor this board and check bug reports - EA_MindTricks and EA_HighCommand. They work M-F however, and this board is only a portion of their job responsibilities. That's one of the reasons volunteers like me help out answering questions. Unfortunately your report is one that I won't be able to test out myself, so we will need to wait for them to be able to test.
