Malevolence not spawning Vulture droids

Today I fought 3 times in the fleet arena. In the first and the third arena battles, my Malevolence didn't spawn any droids when I used her special abilities. Of course there were free slots on the battlefield since I started, as normal, with 3 ships. Please investigate this issue. Also, is it possible the 2 opponents use cheats that could prevent spawning of my vulture droids? Thank you.

@Theomenus In your video you only use the basic ability of Malevolence. I've highlighted the three special abilities that will trigger a Summoned Vulture Droid.&nbsp;

@Theomenus Did you have five ships (total) on the field? Five is the maximum, no more Vultures will spawn over that number. Call reinforcement" will not summon one either.

Edit: all battles are resolved on your device. There is no way for defensive teams to cheat. I've removed your screenshots as it could be viewed as naming and shaming, which is against forum guidelines.

Like I said in the initial post, I had 3 ships when I used first time the special ability of Malevolence and no Vulture Droid was summoned. If a defensive team cannot cheat, why my Malevolence doesn't work as intended when I battle these players? I played against one of those 2 again last night and the same issue occured. What is the problem then?

I have attached the clip from a battle. When I use a special ability from Malevolence (except summon reinforcement) it doesn't spawn a vulture droid. The same happens in the arena battles.
