Many unable to access Webstore

I have been asked to make this post as there are many in my guild that can no longer access the webstore or forums. It seems after an update a few weeks ago the webstore wants a code sent to email, they don't seem to get the email (and they have checked spam folders). These guys have been accessing and buying stuff from the webstore for months and can no longer get in because they don't get the email with the code to verify themselves. Maybe someone can look into this, they are mad because they missed buying the new Lightspeed Tokens and wanted someone to post this for them.
