Max conquest crate achieved. Received 2nd best rewards

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I had completed conquest and the status bar indicated I have achieve max crate rewards. When the rewards were delivered to my in-game mailbox, I only received rewards for the 2nd highest box and text stating I only had 629 keycards. Once the max crate was achieved, there was no additional need to complete more feats.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If I had to guess, I would simulate if there is a visual bug showing max crate achieved when a player only had 629 keycards.
