May 4th rewards

I logged on to claim the may 4th rewards fot my main account but signed into the wrong google play account when i claimed them. Figured no big deal ill log out and actually get my righr account (been a couple of years since i played) but now suddenly the may 4th free reward pack isnt claimable for my main account. Im just hoping i can get the loot on the only account i actually play on. Just looking for help thanks.
