New Label Calendar Bug

Used to play this game for a few years before taking a massive break, which I then took another break. I've been interested in coming back to have a game to just play to pass the time, but unfortunately, it seems I'm unable to do that.

For the past few months, anytime I've tried to play the game, I can get into it for about a minute before I'm met with what I can assume is the 'Daily Calendar', however, it's been replaced by a menu that seems incomplete. I'm met with 'New Label, expires in 11d 7h" and on the side, it has 'Title Text', 'Amount Text', 'Text goes here", etc. Almost like the update either bugged or the entire system is bugged.

Recently, I tried to install it on my PC to see if I'd run into the same issue, and wouldn't you guess, I did. In fact, I left my PC going while I ran an errand and when I came back over an hour later, it was still stuck loading. I cleared the cache on my phone when I tried to play it and I've made a ticket with EA Help, but I'm not sure what to do. This account is years old, level 85 and has a lot of childhood memories and characters for me. I'd rather not have to delete the account or start over just because of a broken calendar.
