Missing 10% EA Play Discount for Digital Content
Sorry, not sure the best place to report this since it involves the PC beta, but...
Per the EA Play Member Benefits website (https://www.ea.com/en-ca/ea-play/member-benefits), all members "save 10% on purchases of Electronic Arts digital content including game downloads, Seasons Passes, points packs, and DLC. However, when I (a member) go into the store via the PC client, that discount isn't there (note: I'm in Canada). However, I've seen screenshots from American players, and they are seeing a discount.
I'm not sure where something's broken, but suffice it to say as a paying EA Play member (via my Xbox Game Pass membership), I would seem to be entitled to the 10% savings, and I'm hoping you guys can adjust (or at least clarify) what's going on. Thank you!
The 10% EA Play discount doesn't apply to SWGoH. The visual issue you are reporting was flagged and fixed yesterday and players have a 5% discount on the PC client.
