Missing 10 Endurance shards from Tier 3 Fleet Commander Training Reward

@EA_Gunner I'm lvl 63 and I played through each Fleet Commander Training and still Ackbar and Mace Windu are not unlocked.
According to this article on swgoh.gg - https://swgoh.wiki/wiki/Fleet_Commander_Training_-_Mace_Windu - I should have received enough shards to unlock both Ackbar, Windu and the Endurance. The problem is I never received the rewards of the tier 3 of the event called "Fleet Commander Training : Mace Windu"

  @Surfeur777 You need to farm Mace and Ackbar.

    The characters shards are not the matter, I can just farm them, you're right.
    I'm just missing the 10x Endurance shards. Eventhough I completed the event, I don't have the Endurance shards.

@EA_Gunner I'm sorry to bother you again but my issue isn't resolved. I've farmed and unlocked both Mace Windu and Admiral Ackbar but I'm still missing the 10 endurance shards to unlock it.

The ingame support says there might be a problem with my account because according to the logs I have received the shards but they don't display in my inventory.
