Missing 100 shards of the Ahsoka rewards

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug although i am elegible for the 7 stars ahsoka fulkrum. I have yet to recieve the pop up to get the last 100 shards
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you can see that i have a 6 star ahsoka that i got by doing the event which gave me 230 shardsto put her at 6 stars, because i only had 82 shards of the character, and now i am missing the last 100 to put her at 7 stars. so why cant i have the pop up appear to collect the missing 100 since i was elegible to get the full 330 shards. And yes i did the event already.

    @Huiutulueur You were too close to 7* the character. This is the reason why you did not receive the message. The responsible team is working on a different message at the moment. But they did not share any timeframe with me.
  • So what do I have to do to get the reward for the Ahsoka Tano Fulcrum event? As I said, I have completed it over and over, yet it will not give me the shards for that character

     And I am nowhere near the minimum shards for that event, so that's not the problem. Is there going to be a fix for this problem? 

  • So I have been asking for a month for answers about the Time to Begin Again event and there has been no reply or resolution. If you're not going to fix the event or give people the rewards for completing it, could you please just take it down already?

    I have reported the issue with this event multiple times and there has STILL BEEN NO RESOLUTION. Not even a reply to my questions.  COULD I PLEASE HAVE AN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION? IS THIS GOING TO.BE RESOLVED OR NOT? I am tired of asking and I am quickly growing sick of this game and it's lack of support.

    well my friend as we can observe, there seem that no solution to this problem will be found and that we will probably get no solution to this problem, even now that the event is over
