Missing 10th Anniversary Quests

General EA Support could not resolve this. My account is affected by the anniversary campaign delivery glitch. I completed Fifth Brother and the IG-88 Lightspeed Token, but my Journey Quest tab went completely blank and says there are no more LST quests.
Dengar, Fennec Shand, and the remaining Mandalorian quest lines are permanently missing. Can a forum community manager please look at my data backend and manually force the next quest tier to push to my device?
