"Server Maintenance" message?

Is anyone else getting the "Server Maintenance" message that will sometimes prevent them from logging in to the game or randomly kick them out? Or is it just me?

Server maintenance is a thing, and that's fine. But I hadn't seen anyone else mention it on the forums, so I'm hoping it isn't just me.
