Missing 25 millenium falcon shards

Help, I finished the Millenium Falcon Journey but I am missing 25 Shards. Ally code 336 - 129 - 997 Edit: Remove Player ID

    The 25 missing shards should be in your inbox in-game now.

    PS: You can always get in touch with our Customer Support for any missing items, rewards, purchases, etc. They should be able to help.

For what it is worth, I have the same issue and I went to in game support. I got directed to a forum post where the person got directed here. Your support setup is a nightmare. Now I have to dig out all my details again just to open another case over here.
