Missing 25 R2-D2 Shards

Is there any way you might assist me with a similar problem? I've been going back & forth with the in game help since 2022-09-21, with no resolution. I completed Tier Vi of Daring Droid, yet before proceeding to the rewards screen, there was a glitch thay forced a restart, and I never saw the rewatds screen. This screenshot shows Tier Vi completed at 2 of 3 stars, yet the character at 0/85 shards. These two things don't fit together. I've been asking for help to either reset the Tier so I can complete it again for the first time for rewards, or send the misisng rewards  (85 shatds, 750k credits, 50 crystals). Or some other solution...willing to do whatever I can to help! This resolution has been a bit disappointing! In game help keeps telling me to either try the usual troubleshooting tips, or that my account says I got the rewards! I swear I didn't and the screenshot shows what I see, stuck at 0/85 and onto tier vii. 😐 I'm not savvy enough to fake the screenshot! Please help and restore my faith in the force 🙂 😀
