Missing Conquest rewards

Hi, I am missing my rewards from the most recent Conquest. I have restarted my game multiple times and they are not appearing in my inbox. I believe that I had just qualified for reward crate 5 in hard mode.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your GC rewards. We can't do anything about missing rewards on the forum.
However, you can make a ticket for your missing rewards ingame as described in this link .

Also missing my rewards. I got the golden crate in hard mode but still nothing on my inbox.
