Missing Crosshair (Scarred) shards from event reward

After successfully completing the first stage of the event, I was supposed to receive 25 character shards to unlock Crosshair (Scarred). However, at the end of the battle, a connection error occurred. Upon restarting the game, the stage was marked as completed, but the character shards were not added to my account.

I previously reached out via live chat regarding an unresolved issue. However, the conversation was abruptly closed after I received the response '205603534,' which provided no clarity. The problem persists, and I would appreciate an explanation of what this reference number signifies and how we can resolve the matter.

The absence of the promised character shards, combined with the lack of resolution through our week-long chat communication, has prevented me from completing the event’s second stage. Additionally, I could not earn Galactic Challenge achievement points tied to using a 3-star character.
