Missing Darth Revan Shards

Hi,

i have the Problem that on fullfilling one of the Step on the Darth Revan Journey the client crashed with error 38,

now the journey is successful done…but i am missing one set of rewards incl. the shards.

i already reinstalled the game and reloaded my account.

The Support has no Solution for me.
