Summarize your bug Reached out to EA help on 2 separate occasions and still don’t have the remaining Darth Revan shards I need to unlock him. The first time they sent the remaining shards and it didn’t even work.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure i’ve seen others have this problem

Having trouble since Friday with the remaining Darth Revan shards I need from the event. Got some 305 error and it says I completed it but never got the shards. I reached out to EA help 2 times and the first time they sent shards and it didn’t work. The second time they said they sent a bunch of stuff and it also didn't work & they never replied back. Not too thrilled.
