Missing Darth Revan Tier V rewards

I apparently had connection issues during tier V of the Darth Revan Journey(error code 3 I think) but the game allowed me to advance to the next tier so I did not realize until I finished that I didn't get the rewards from tier V which of course means that I did not unlock Darth Revan. I have all tiers completed.
