Missing DCT Shards after spending Cantina Energy

On October 18th, 2025 between 9:30 and 10 pm CST I spent 504 Cantina Energy to start getting my Disguised Clone Trooper up to 7 starts.  Before simming the node I had 29/30 shards for the character. ...

Follow up on this issue. I have now been contacted by 6 different people assigned to this issue and the most recent was no help whatsoever!! 

In not so many words she said, I can’t help but I’ll let the developers, and future changes to the game may cause weird things. WHAT??

can no one go back on the specific date and narrow timeframe I’ve given to see what happened??  Come on!!
