Missing Emperor Palpatine Shards

On November 1st I played the Emperor Palpatine Tier V Legendary Event. When I finished the level there was an error and the game reloaded. When I logged back in I was missing the 45 shards but the level was marked as already done so when I replayed it I still didn’t get the shards. It’s been 2 months and I’ve made contact with the support team multiple times but I’m still missing the shards. Is there any way I could get the shards?
