Missing emperor palpatine shards

Hi, I reach on here because I completed the emperor palpatine stage 4 but the game crashed and I didnt get the rewards, tried contacting the in-game support but they told me to come here.

I attached the screenshots of the stage completed and the missing shards, with the confirmation from in-game suport.
