Missing energy from Conquest Ascension

I bought the 4th tier of the conquest ascension pack and did not receive the energy, but was still charged.  I looked at the webstore prior to purchase to see if it was on the webstore so I could get the kessel run rewards.  It wasnt there, so I completed the purchase on the PC client, payment went though, but the game needed to reload.  Upon reloading, I was not given the 700 conquest energy.  What do I need to do to get this fixed before I dispute the charges?
