Missing Energy from PC Client Purchases

I purchased the Large Galactic Upgrade Kit and Relic Cargo Package through the PC Client store this morning. I received the gear and other materials but not the energies. I was preparing for the bonus drop event. I am missing in total 1200 normal energy, 1200 fleet energy, 700 cantina energy, and 1000 mod energy between the two packs. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to help resolve this issue. Thank you.
