Summarize your bug Finished my last event battle for Rey shards and went to activate her, and got a “error crafting this item” message and a forced restart. The last 10 shards are now missing and I have no way to obtain them, unlock her, or continue the journey guide. Please help! I tried to submit a ticket and cannot use the chat function since I work nights in a hospital and am not awake during normal business hours. @CG_MindTricks or @EA_HighCommand You were able to help another victim it seems in another post.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Others have reported. See images.
