Missing GAC kyber rewards

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug When I got to kyber and wanted to claim my kyber score rewards, I think I accidentally closed the reward window instead of pressing the “claim” botton. And now I seem to have lost my kyber rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know, maybe look into my GAC score and see that I didn’t claim the rewards for reaching kyber.

    According to our logs you successfully claimed the rewards for being promoted to Kyber today (06/08/2020), at 12:15 am GMT+1. I hope this helps.

    @JStenholt97 Are the rewards still present in the menu, it just won't let you claim them? If so, try force closing your game and restarting. This might take a couple of repetitions but will eventually allow you to claim them.

    But I still haven’t got my rewards. I remember I was rewarded with stun guns, but when looking at my gear, I still haven’t received them. Is there any way for you to look into this?
