Missing GAC points

Is there any update on the above?

Does anyone from CG read these forums? Is there an SLA on response time? Will I ever get an answer to the above or is just here for the community to look at?

It's in the wrong section.  You needed to put it in 'bug reports'.  Technical issues is something like  "I have a Samsung Galaxy XIXV and when I try to load the game, the screen goes blank"

What you're suggesting is an in-game bug.  However, your screenshot doesn't prove anything.  Although highly unlikely, It's quite possible to get a full clear with the score you have posted......I guess.  You would need to post a picture of each sector (to show the battles) or now post the pvp page from swogh.gg

All that said, you're not going to get the outcome you're hoping for (compensation).  They're not compensating anybody who loses a GAC round because of cheaters, bugs or alien interaction.  At best you'll get "Yup, looks like a bug.  Unless it becomes very common CG aren't going to act on it".
