Missing Grand Inquisitor LSB

I bought the Grand Inquisitor lightspeed bundle on the webstore today and was charged but received crystals instead. Had the same issue with Darth Revan lsb recently. Can anyone help please?

    I see no purchases for the GI LSB. You bought Darth Revan and Luke bundles on the account above.

    I don’t understand how as it charged me for it and I got the crystals?
