Missing guild chat option

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Since the latest update I no longer have access to guild chat functions limiting my role as an officer. Anytime i close out of the game it logs me in a new account and i have to resign in with google play
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Close out swgoh. Log back in

I just got this issue when I sync’d apps to a new iPad. The game and account are fine, but i no longer have chat.

This is happening again, I had chat working for years and now twice in the past 6 months it's just vanished.

This is a bug that should be moved to the top of the list to be fixed.

Billion dollar game and something like this just gets either ignored or no information put out about it from devs or staff.

We need to know why it's happening and how it'll be fixed.
