It was my account. Following the glitch, which I have a screenshot to support, I bought 2 5packs so I could make some progress in the marquee, but still missed out on tier 3 rewards x6 and tier 4 x4 due to the missing 55 shards. Not to mention the character quests that an additional 110 shards would have enabled.
I got a connection error while in the tier 1 battle. When the game restarted, I was credited the win but not awarded the shards.
