Missing Jabba the Hutt Shards
About two weeks ago (the night of 3/18 or 3/19) I completed a battle for Tier 3 of Jabba the Hutt's Galactic Ascension. It wasn't until later that I noticed I hadn't received the shards for completing the battle, it still showed 0/2 attempts completed. I warily tried again, worried that I'd be losing more tickets, but after finishing the battle and seeing the same cinematic, I saw in the Journey Guide that this time my progress had been saved and I had the shard reward.
After that came a long and arduous back and forth with in-game support, getting different consultants not responding for 2-3 days, even one response in Portuguese. With my patience running out, I came to the EA Help portal, and then still had to open 3 tickets before I actually was able to chat with someone, and then was referred here.
All I'm looking for is compensation for the lost tickets due to game bug/freeze/crash. Either the 60 dark side tickets lost for a Tier 3 attempt, or the equivalent crystal value (600 by shipment cost of 10 crystals per ticket).
