Missing JKR Shards

A month ago I beat JKR tier 4. Due to some kind of error at the time I didn’t receive the tier rewards. I notified EA at the time and there suggestion was to finish the event and see if the rewards showed up.

Since I was still farming some of the characters I wasn’t able to finish the event until two days ago. I completed the final tier and I’m still missing 55 shards of JKR, which means I can’t unlock him.

I messaged the help team again right away, but it’s been over 48 hours and I haven’t heard anything much less resolved the issue.

Are there any other steps I can take to resolve this?
