Missing Krayt raid guild rewards

Have you tried to reach out to EA Help for the missing rewards? 

I’m also a member of the primal alliance guild, same issue. I did reach out to EA Help, they responded asking which crate we missed, but nothing since then. Hoping they will get back to me again soon.

We are tracking the issue HERE. And we are working on a make-good for affected guilds.

Is there an expected timeline on any make goods? I understand a day or two but it’s been nearly 3 weeks for my guild and I.

Unfortunately, no. Once pushed you will find it in your in-game inboxes. 

How is the progress looking for the make good? Majority of my guild believe no make good is happening, which is understandable once a week passes it certainly goes beyond the comfort zone but it’s now been over a month.

Also some EA support chats have suggested it’s an officer or guild leader that cancelled the raid seconds as it was about to finish it. We know that isn’t the case but unfortunately it’s caused a few mistrust issues and guild members leaving. Might be worth updating EA supports staff so they aren’t spreading misinformation .
