Missing LSB content

Purchased both the Raddus and the JT/GL Rey Bundle, received the Raddus bundle but the Rey bundle (which i was charged for) had an "Issue processing" leaving me with a pathetic 5000 crystals.

Attached is proof, please fix or refund because this isn't acceptable.
