I tried to link to my EA Account and game demoted me to an old version

Dear team,

I tried to link to my EA Account in order to connect to Galaxy Store and it demoted me to a very old version of the account. For example I was around 4.8 million GP and it demoted me to a version of 993k.

And I'm not able to get my account back. I tried all possible ways: uninstall/install, import account and tried Use Another Account but everytime it gives a connection error.

    Is usually someone from EA replying on either EA Forums or In-Game Support? Is there another Support? A real one.
